At the Swiss India Professional Network (SIPN), membership is designed for individuals and institutions who bring meaningful cross-border perspective, professional depth and a commitment to collaboration within the Swiss–India ecosystem. We welcome professionals who embody the spirit of knowledge exchange, cultural understanding, and mutual growth and are open to sharing their expertise and supporting the community to support the development of a thriving Swiss-India collaboration ecosystem.
  • Eligibility Criteria

We welcome professionals who meet the following criteria:

  • Bi-cultural Experience
Demonstrated bi-cultural experience/interest/ or involvement in Swiss–Indian collaboration, whether through work, education or business ventures.
  • Professional Experience
Must be actively engaged or willing to engage in a professional field relevant to Swiss–Indian business, innovation, culture or entrepreneurship. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience or demonstrable entrepreneurial activity. Exceptions may be made for high-potential early-career professionals or individuals with strong recommendations
  • Contribution commitment

Willingness to contribute to the network through knowledge sharing, mentorship, event participation and Project collaboration.

  • Alignment of values
Must endorse the network’s values of innovation, inclusivity, integrity, and cultural synergy.
  • Annual Membership Committment
Annual membership committment to contribute towards the annual membership fees of SIPN and actively support its activities on an ongoing basis.

  • Application Process

Submission of Professional Profile

Applicants begin by completing an application request form (scroll below) and sharing their detailed professional background (via their LinkedIn profile).

Executive Committee Review

The Executive Committee evaluates each application to ensure relevance, alignment with SIPN’s mission, and potential contribution to the network.

Membership Confirmation & Fee Payment

After submitting your application, our team will review the application. Upon approval, applicants will receive an invitation to complete their registration by paying the Annual Membership Fee in accordance to their membership tier. We accept TWINT, bank transfer and other payment methods valid in Switzerland for CHF transactions. Your membership will be activated upon successful payment and final approval by the Executive Committee.
